The purpose of this Framework Agreement is to provide technical assistance to SPL M TAG. This technical assistance will have the following main missions: 1. An advisory and monitoring mission allowing the SPL to meet the needs of its daily action in the public transport and mobility professions, and to improve the operational performance of the SPL 2. A mission to support the network for the realization of an efficient mobility service, and the achievement of the objectives of SPL 3. An animation mission carried out in particular thanks to exchanges with other networks and business communities The maximum amount of purchase orders is set at 800,000 euro (s) (H.T.).
