The agreement consists of working delivery and then making an integrated solution for the Social Domain available, including maintenance and support.
The agreement is entered into for four (4) years. After this initial term, the agreement can be extended three times for two (2) years.
The supplier delivers the following performance (hereinafter also referred to as: the solution):
1. one-off: taking care of the implementation of the software for the Social Domain (installation, design, conversion, and training);
2. annually: making the solution available, supporting and maintaining the solution. This is understood to mean, in accordance with GIBIT (Articles 8.3 and 8.9):
- making the software for the Social Domain available,
- corrective maintenance,
- preventive maintenance,
- innovative maintenance,
- user support,
- timely compliance with relevant laws and regulations,
- continue to comply with agreed interoperability requirements,
- timely compliance with new versions of municipal ICT quality standards through updates and upgrades.
