The services of the agreement cover Danske Spil's need for advertising agency services regarding the Corporate Brand; Covering from strategic communication consulting to campaign execution.
Contracting entities expect to conduct two negotiating sessions with each bidder.
The contracting entity shall provide a participation fee of DKK 70,000 excl. VAT to tenderers who participate in the entire tender process and submit a conditional tender, but are not awarded the contract.
In relation to the point of the contract notice. I.3) it can be stated that access to the tender documents is limited so that Annex A.A - Guidelines for case description of the framework agreement is forwarded to the prequalified tenderers after signature of confidentiality agreement.
The supplier must provide high-quality advertising agency services, which places demands on skills, staffing, experience, innovation and execution skills. The services of advertising agencies must be offered in precisely this context.
More specifically, the offer covers services within the following areas:
1) The overall communication strategy as a starting point for Corporate Branding as well as ongoing strategic communication advice on branding and positioning of Danske Spil
2) Campaigns, including preparation of creative strategy, campaign proposals and campaign execution
3) Other defined projects within Corporate branding such as maintenance of CVI, merchandise and other communication tasks
