Consumables for office equipment include: printer toners, photocopier toners, printing machine drums, color cartridges.
The supplied consumables for the indicated devices should be new and come from current production.
They should be made of non-refabricated, non-regenerated, undamaged elements, without traces of previous use, manufactured from scratch, without the use in any way of components obtained from other products previously used; manufactured without infringing the patent and intellectual property rights of their respective owners or with their permission. Their use must not violate the warranty conditions of the devices for which they are dedicated.
It is possible to offer equivalent products, provided that the offered consumables are brand new and have technical and physical parameters as well as quality, functional and functional features that are not inferior to the products. Equivalent products must be compatible with the devices to which they are to be used, ensure their proper operation, failure-free operation and service life at a level not inferior to that provided by the consumables recommended by the device manufacturer, and must not impair the quality of the equipment's operating parameters (print quality, performance, drying speed, etc.). The offered equivalent material should fully cooperate with the program supervising the operation of the device m.in. monitoring the cartridge resource, if this function is provided by the consumable recommended by the manufacturer of the device.
Consumables should be mass-produced in a manufacturing process in accordance with ISO 9001 or equivalent and environmental standard ISO 14001 or equivalent. They shall have a performance determined by ISO/IEC 19752, ISO/IEC 19798 and ISO/IEC 24711 (in conjunction with ISO/IEC 24712) or equivalent performance test standards, respectively.
Materials must be delivered in new, undamaged, non-tamper-evident manufacturer's outer packaging, with security features used by the manufacturer (e.g. holograms).
The product housing should be hermetically sealed in a sealed foil, if the consumable recommended by the device manufacturer has such a closure. In addition, each print module (toner cartridge) must be equipped with a seal; it should be in the form of a strip that is torn off before use, to prevent spillage or changes in the properties of the toner during transport or storage; The seal can also be in a different form if it guarantees protection against spillage or alteration of toner properties during transport or storage.
The offered consumables must have the safety approvals and certificates required by law, as well as the CE marking.
The shelf life and quality guarantee for the supplied consumables must be not less than 12 months from the date of the protocol acceptance of the consumables, with the proviso that the warranty period granted by the Contractor may not be shorter than the warranty period granted by the manufacturer.
