The purpose of this tender procedure is the contracting of the advanced sequencing service (with and without bioinformatic analysis) using the following genomic techniques: Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS), Whole Exome Sequencing (WES) and RNA sequencing (RNAseq) for the research group "Childhood Cancer and Blood Disorders" of the Fundació Hospital Universitari Vall Hebron - Institut de Recerca (VHIR), as stipulated in this Technical Specifications.

Advanced sequencing service (with and without bioinformatic analysis) using the following genomic techniques: Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS), Whole Exome Sequencing (WES) and RNA sequencing (RNAseq):

The estimated number of samples to be studied within the 4 projects are:

1. Study of samples from 130 patients who will undergo WES of blood gDNA, WES of tumor gDNA and RNAseq of tumor RNA. Within the personalized medicine projects SEHOP-PENCIL, COMIKv2.0 and COMIK.

2. Study of samples from 20 patients who will undergo WGS of blood gDNA or blood and tumor gDNA WGS. Within the personalized medicine projects SEHOP-PENCIL and COMIK.

3. Study of 45 animal models (PDX) to which WES of tumor gDNA and RNAseq of tumor RNA will be performed. Within the personalized medicine projects COMIKv2.0 and COMIK.

4. Study of 45 patients who will undergo WES of blood gDNA, WES of tumor gDNA and RNAseq of tumor RNA or WGS of blood gDNA, WGS of tumor gDNA and RNAseq of tumor RNA. Within the project of the clinical trial ABTL0812.

5. Study of 25 immunocompetent animal models to which RNA will be performed seq of the samples. Within the project of the clinical trial ABTL0812.
