Easthall Park Housing Cooperative (EPHC) owns and manages approximately 749 domestic properties within a concentrated community in Easterhouse, Glasgow.

EPHC wishes to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified maintenance contractor to fulfil its objectives and meet its statutory obligations by providing of a comprehensive quality responsive repairs and maintenance service. The service will include carrying out all general responsive repairs and maintenance (including electrical repairs and void properties) and the provision of a complete 24 hour emergency service outside normal working hours every day of the year. The service will be provided to all of EPHC's properties including communal areas.
