Essentially, the following services are to be performed:

- Flat roof waterproofing work with thermal insulation approx. 500 m²

- Thermal insulation top floor ceiling under cold roof (existing building) approx. 440 m²

- complementary services;

The district of Bad Tölz - Wolfratshausen is carrying out the general renovation of the Geretsried school centre. For this purpose, the services announced here and to be provided in the course of procurement are required for the trade of plumbing work BA4 - flat roof in construction phase 4 (see II. 1.4).
