The assignment concerns the management and maintenance of the Quintiq Planning Chain. The chain consists of a number of Quintiq applications, some related systems and the interfaces between them (see the table below).

Central to the service provision is to make the applications of the Quintiq planning chain available to users within the GVB organization in a reliable and cost-effective manner, taking into account the established and intended service levels.

The work involves software maintenance (bug fixes and changes), release work and 3rd line support. The work is mainly carried out remotely and if necessary on-site.

Immediately after awarding, based on the historical information, 75% of the number of hours for Incident Management (IM), Request Requests and Proposals (VVV) and Release Management (RM) for the first year will be taken. Parties consult each other in the fourth quarter in order to determine the budget and minimum number of hours to be taken for the following year.
