The subject of the contract is the development of the design of the sanitary sewage system in Nowe Kotowo Street in Poznań and the water supply network in Lerczakówny Street in Poznań together with the author's supervision in the phase of execution of works.

The subject of the contract is the development of the Project in accordance with the applicable Construction Law, the Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of 20 December 2021 on the detailed scope and form of the design documentation, technical specifications for performance and acceptance of construction works and functional and utility program (design documentation including landscaping project, architectural and construction and technical) for the construction of:

• sanitary sewage system with connections in Poznań as part of the investment task 5-05-21-004-1 and 5-05-22-170-1 Poznań – sanitary sewage system in the area of Nowe Kotowo Street together with obtaining a legally binding decision of a building permit / notification of construction works together with obtaining a certificate of no grounds for objection by the architectural and construction administration body accepting the notification of construction or performance of other construction works suitable for (AQUANET S.A. allows to obtain a building permit decision in electronic form. Whether the building permit will be obtained in paper or electronic form remains at the discretion of the Contractor) separately for each of the 4 stages indicated in accordance with Appendix 6 to the issued technical conditions letter no. DW/IBM/345/11286/2023 of 01.02.2023.

• water supply network with connections in Poznań as part of the investment task 3-05-15-103-1 Poznań – water supply network in B. Lerczakówny Street together with obtaining a legally binding decision of a building permit / notification of construction works together with obtaining a certificate of no grounds for objection by the architectural and construction administration body accepting the notification of construction or performance of other construction works appropriate for the task in question (AQUANET S.A. It allows for obtaining a building permit decision in electronic form. Whether the building permit will be obtained in paper or electronic form is at the discretion of the Contractor)

And author's supervision during the implementation phase of works carried out on the basis of the documentation being the subject of the contract from the date of conclusion of the contract with the Contractor of construction works to sign the final acceptance protocol of these works.
