The Ordering Party requires that the subject of the contract be performed in accordance with this annex, the requirements specified in the SWZ and in the Draft provisions of the contract.

3. The parameters required in SOPZ should be understood as the minimum parameters that must be met by the supplied disk array.

4. The supplied disk array and all components used for its construction must be brand new, unused, unregenerated, free from physical and legal defects and claims of third parties.
