Vestland County, c/o Light Rail Development, is in charge of the development of the Light Rail in Bergen. In connection with this, framework agreements for hourly services for land acquisition services will be established to ensure Light Rail Development has adequate access to additional resources in addition to the internal resources available to the organisation at any given time.

The chosen tenderer shall assist Light Rail Development with implementation of land acquisitions for the development of the light rail line.
