Inspection and maintenance of play areas - 25 sites

1. The service provider will provide for 4 Operational inspections per year of all sites at three month intervals.

2. 25 sites to include Multi Use Games Areas (MUGA’s), Adult outdoor gyms and general play areas for children. All sites are within the Downham/Bellingham area of the London Borough of Lewisham.

3. One of the above inspections to be undertaken by a third party commissioned by the service provider.
