1. The subject of the order is Delivery of a company car for the purposes of the Tax Administration Chamber in Białystok.
2. Detailed description of the subject of the contract includes a description of the minimum functional and technical parameters and equipment, the warranty contains Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ - Functional and Technical Specification of the vehicle. Appendix No. 1 contains minimum requirements, which means that the Contractor may offer the subject of the contract characterized by the same or better technical parameters than those specified by the Ordering Party.
1. The subject of the order is Delivery of a company car for the purposes of the Tax Administration Chamber in Białystok.
2. Detailed description of the subject of the contract includes a description of the minimum functional and technical parameters and equipment, the warranty contains Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ - Functional and Technical Specification of the vehicle. Appendix No. 1 contains minimum requirements, which means that the Contractor may offer the subject of the contract characterized by the same or better technical parameters than those specified by the Ordering Party.
3. The Ordering Authority requires that the delivered car be new manufactured in 2022, unused, free from defects, including legal defects, have no third party rights to it, nor is it subject to any proceedings or security. The Contracting Authority shall not allow the submission of variant tenders and in the form of electronic catalogues.
4. The Ordering Party requires that the delivered car meets the conditions referred to in the Act of 20 June 1997 - Road Traffic Law (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 450, as amended) and regulations issued pursuant to this Act, including compliance with the requirements of CEE Directive EURO 6D-ISC-FCM in the field of emissions exhaust gas (for the base vehicle) — effective at the day of delivery of the vehicle.
5. The Contractor will deliver the object of the order with its unloading at its expense and risk to the place of delivery, i.e. to Podlaski Customs and Tax Office 2 Octowa Street, 15-399 Bialystok.
6. The Contractor will be obliged to provide a guarantee for the delivered subject of the contract, i.e.:
1) for all assemblies and components of the car without shutdowns - covering the correct operation of the car, defects in materials and factory, mechanics - for a period of not less than 24 months or a mileage of min. 150 thousand km (whichever comes first).
2) for varnish coating - for a period of min. 24 months without a limit of kilometers,
3) for body perforation - for a period of min. 72 months without a limit of kilometers,
