The mission of the Maintenance Engineering Unit is to ensure the planning, coordination, monitoring, and analysis of all or part of the services provided by the maintenance contracts of the Technical and Logistics Department of the CEA Cadarache.

This unit also assists the installation managers and maintenance correspondents of the STL in monitoring the maintenance of the facilities in operational conditions.

This contract is a classified "Secret" level contract with access and without detention within the meaning of the order of August 9, 2021 approving the interministerial general instruction n° 1300 on the protection of national defense secrets. The market includes:

• An incoming reversibility phase lasting 3 months from 01/10/2024,

• A firm operational phase for a period of 36 months from 1 January 2025 which may be subject to an optional one-year extension, renewable once,

• An outgoing reversibility phase at the end of the contract (active: 2 months / passive: 1 month).

These different services are divided into a flat-rate part and a non-flat-rate part comprising services at unit prices and on prior estimate.

The firm lump sum is made up of 6 missions:

- Administrative follow-up

- Supervision Technique

- Methods support

- Described planning

- CMMS and Data Analysis

- Mission d’assistance MCO

The market has 8 options:

- Options 1 and 2 for the extension of the operational phase

- Option 3: Inbound reversibility

- Option 4: Outbound reversibility

- Option 5: CLS/G2M Contract Entry Point

- Option 6: Verification of monthly reports

- Option 7: Verification of end-of-campaign reports

- Option 8: Extension of the STL Installation General Schedule

The out-of-bundle portion is capped at 15% of the total amount of the contract (package + options)
