management of household and similar waste from the Community territory: collection of household waste and supply of containers, from 1 February 2023. 2 lots: Lot 1 - separate collection and disposal of household and similar waste collected door-to-door: for residual household waste, selective sorting throughout the territory and glass on all municipalities except Revin and Anchamps and their transport to the various outlets. Lot 2 - provision of dumpsters, disposal of waste and treatment of inert waste collected in landfills: concerns: 1- supply, cleaning, maintenance of removable dumpsters and containers intended for the collection of waste from households and craftsmen / traders on the 4 waste disposal sites, 2- transport and unloading of dumpsters to the various approved treatment and landfill centers, 3- treatment of inert waste to an approved sector. the contract, for its lot 2, concerns: 1- the supply, cleaning and maintenance of removable skips and containers intended for the collection of waste from households and craftsmen / traders on the four Community waste disposal sites, 2- the transport and unloading of these dumpsters to the various approved treatment and landfill centres, 3- the treatment of inert waste towards an approved sector.lot 2 admits an optional variant relating to the wood treatment sector: The service provider will submit its basic offer in accordance with the CCTP. However, since the wood from community waste disposal sites is directed to the Chalandry-Elaire site, the service provider may offer a different approved treatment system to limit transport. This sector must be validated by the contracting authority. In addition, the service provider can offer all solutions to optimize the dumpsters, and limit the evacuation and transport of dumpsters. For this, the compaction of skips, the use of pack rollers or any other solutions can be considered and quantified
