The Brønnøysund Register Centre shall enter into a three year contract regarding procurement of dealer services for Power Systems' server equipment from IBM. The contract shall cover the purchase of machinery with associated software, associated support and maintenance services and other services the dealer can offer.

The contract, with existing terms, shall have an unilateral option for the Brønnøysund Register centre to prolong the agreement with a further ione + one +one year.
