The contracting authority intends to conclude an Energy Monitoring System (EMS) agreement for the coming years for all connections within the OVEF collective, so that its participants gain insight into their energy consumption, among other things. The contractor must ensure stability and continuity of the requested services.

The objective with regard to purchasing and invoice control is to be able to check incoming invoices in an effective, efficient and, where desirable automated way, for possible errors, resulting in validated invoices.
