1) The subject of the contract is the successive supply of plastic containers for blood collection and preparation divided into the following tasks:

a) Task No. 1 – triple containers up – down for collecting whole blood in the amount of 35 010 pcs. .

b) Task No. 2 – quad containers up – down with a built-in IN-LINE filter for collecting whole blood in the amount of 4,000 pcs.

c) Task No. 3 – laboratory filters for the preparation of low-fat CCC in the amount of 700 pcs.

d) Task No. 4 – sets for semi-automatic preparation of low-fat platelet cell concentrate in the amount of 200 pcs.

e) Task No. 5 – empty transfer containers 150 ml in the amount of 450 pcs.

f) Task No. 6 – empty transfer containers 600 ml in the amount of 400 pcs.

g) Task No. 7 – empty platelet containers with a capacity of not less than 1 000 ml in the amount of 400 pcs. –– a detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1A-1G to the SWZ.

Kits for semi-automatic preparation of low-fat platelet cell concentrate in the amount of 200 pcs. – a detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1D to the SWZ.

Empty transfer containers 150 ml in the amount of 450 pcs. – a detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1E to the SWZ.
