The municipalities Hjelmeland, Rennesøy, Eigersund, Kvitsøy and Sokndal (henceforth referred to as the ‘contracting authority’) want to enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of landline and mobile telephony services, as well as mobile computer services.

The aim of the contract is to ensure the contracting authority reliable landline and mobile telephony services that are of high quality and are technologically amongst the market's leading services. The service provider shall be a collaboration partner in the contract period and will be a central part of the work of making the telephone services in the municipalities' entities more efficient.
