A cooperative purchasing agreement shall be signed (group-wide framework agreement) for the procurement of painting, wallpapering and floor laying services for Oslo municipality's entities and Ruter AS. The property companies Boligbygg Oslo KF, Undervisningsbygg Oslo KF and Omsorgsbygg Oslo KF are not users of this agreement. The cooperative purchasing agreement shall apply to assignments up to 500 000 NOK excluding VAT. For assignments over this sum, it is voluntary to utilise the agreement. Contract assignments will not be included in this agreement.
