Oxfordshire Clinical Commissioning Group (OCCG) is seeking expressions of interest for an Adult Autism Diagnosis and Support Service within Oxfordshire. The Service is to offer:
— Comprehensive online information and resources on the autistic condition,
— Advice and guidance, available before, during and after diagnosis,
— Autism screening and diagnostic assessments,
— Psychosocial support for people with a diagnosis of autism who have additional support needs, including people being discharged from secondary mental health services.
The service will offer a seamless experience for service users who will be able to use different elements of the service flexibly, over time and in response to changing personal need. The service will support referrals to — and discharge from – secondary mental health services as part of an extended care and support pathway for autistic adults.

The service will support referrals to – and discharge from – secondary mental health services as part of an extended care and support pathway for autistic adults. The contract will be for 3 years with the option to extend for a further 1 year and will likely commence on the 1.7.2018. The contract value is GBP 235 000 per annum.
