Doemens e. V. intends to build a new training and further education facility with administration. The planned building project is a facility for inter-company vocational training. The objective of the planning is a compact three-story building on Lohenstrasse.

A fermentation and storage cellar will be installed as part of the new construction of the Doemens eV school building. Part of this storage cellar are 2 open fermentation tanks and 12 horizontal storage tanks.

Part of this storage cellar are 2 open (1 bottom and top fermentation) fermentation tanks and 12 horizontal storage tanks with a gross volume of 5.5 to 5.8 hl per tank. The tanks should be made of 1.4301 or better.
