The contracting authority intends to conclude an agreement with 1 contractor for the performance of frontier youth work and the provision of additional relevant services for a period of 4 years with the option to extend a maximum of 2 times 1 year from 1-1-2024.

This tender is subject to a ceiling amount of EUR 2,409,750 excluding VAT for the entire term of 4 years, including any 2-year extension. If the registration fee exceeds this ceiling amount, the Registration will be excluded from further participation.

Main objectives

· Preventing new growth within criminal structures by preventing and reducing subversive and aggressive (criminal) behaviour and nuisance by (highly) at-risk youth.

· Promoting physical and social safety in the neighborhoods and in and around education.

Border-setting youth work focuses on three areas:

- Youth work on the street

- Youth work in education

- Online youth work

In any case, youth work implements the following forms of work:

· Ambulatory running rounds, location-oriented (in public spaces, on the street, in and around schools) Capelle-wide

· Approach to problematic (prioritized) youth groups and/or locations (prioritized by the authority triangle)

· Individual guidance of (high) risk youth

· Linking pin for the care and safety partners in the neighborhoods
