Part I - Successive deliveries of colored film strip.
1. The subject of the order is the supply of Color Digital Intermediate Film 35 mm on polyester substrate in rolls with a length of 610 m in an amount of 258 rolls. The tape must be adapted for use in laser platesetters.
2. The Purchaser requires the delivery of a new object of the contract, unused, with no signs of use, of the first grade, of full value.
3. The subject of the order will be delivered to the Employer's warehouse, located on the premises of the Documentary and Feature Film Studio in Warsaw at ul. Chełmska 21.
