The acquisition involves the development and maintenance of services that will be sold to customers for the Sarastia Group's own use using Microsoft Azure cloud technologies. In addition, some of the services Sarastia sells to its owners, for example, the erection of Azure AD service when the customer deploys the S365 economy system.
It is possible that the acquisition will also include hybrid implementations of the Azure cloud and on-premises environments.

A dynamic procurement system shall be established for the acquisition of the following sets of services:
Subdivision 1: Design and implementation of Azure-based solution sets or subsets thereof “PaaS & SaaS & IaaS”
Subdivision 2: Development of Azure management models (for example, Azure management model and integration management model)
Subdivision 3: Azure DevOps System Maintenance and Development Services.
The dynamic procurement system will be established on 1 August 2021 and will be valid until 31 July 2025.

The content and minimum requirements of the services to be purchased are defined separately in each mini competition.
