1) The subject of the contract is the granting and servicing of a bank loan up to the amount of PLN 6,285,000.00 (in words: six million two hundred eighty five thousand 00/100)

intended for:

a) financing the planned budget deficit in the amount of PLN 5,936,974.68,

(b) repayment of previous commitments arising from loans

and loans in the amount of PLN 348,025.32;

2) Type of loan currency – PLN loan;

3) Loan repayment – will take place by 30/12/2037, with the application of a grace period for loan repayment calculated from the date of signing the loan agreement until 29/03/2024;
