The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste generated in the City of Garwolin divided into 4 parts:

Part No 1 — Receipt and development of unsegregated and segregated municipal waste arising in the territory of the City of Garwolina in Sector I

part no. 2 – Organization and operation of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point generated in the City of Garwolin in Sector I along with its management

part no. 3 – Collection and management of non-segregated and segregated municipal waste generated in the City of Garwolin in Sector II

Part No. 4 – Organization and operation of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point generated in the City of Garwolin in Sector II along with its management

The subject of the contract was divided into six parts. A contractor can submit a bid for any number of parts. The Contracting Authority may award a contract to one Contractor for each

part – if their offer is selected.

1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of non-segregated and segregated municipal waste generated in the City of Garwolin in Sector I, i.e. from properties in multi-unit development where residents live and real estate that is partly real estate where residents live, and partly real estate where residents do not live, along with waste management in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels recycling, preparing for re-use and recovery by other methods;

The subject of the contract is the organization and operation of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point generated in the City of Garwolin in Sector I, together with their management, hereinafter referred to as "PSZOK", from real estate in multi-unit development where residents live and real estate which is partly real estate where residents live, and partly real estate where residents do not live. Location of PSZOK in the city or in the vicinity located at a distance of no more than 5 km from the administrative borders of the city, on the property owned by the Contractor or to which the Contractor has a legal title as at the date of submitting the offer and at least for the period of service provision (e.g. perpetual usufruct, lease, rental, lending agreement).
