2.A detailed description of the subject of the order (SOPZ) contains Annex 4 to the SWZ, which consists of the following Annexes:

The Contracting Authority informs that prior to the initiation of the procedure, it carried out a preliminary market consultation in accordance with Article 84 of the Public Procurement Law of 11 September 2019. The materials relating to preliminary market consultations shall be Annex 8 to the SWZ.
