Bardu municipality (henceforth also referred to as the Contracting Authority) invites tenderers to an open tender contest for project manager services in connection with the construction of a continuous primary and lower secondary school with before- and after-school care facilities and a cultural school. The school shall be constructed in a joint construction stage where the objective is to initiate the works by 2019 at the latest.

The start of the project management assignment is likely March 2018. The estimated completion of the school is March 2021. The project manager shall also be responsible for following up the commissioning which is estimated to 6 months after the school has been handed over.
