The tender concerns the purchase and delivery of on-call services to departments handled by Asylsyd. AsylSyd is an operator in the asylum area and is responsible for accommodation of asylum seekers in Southern Denmark. At the start of the contract, AsylSyd operates residence centres in Hviding, Løgumkloster and Augustenborg. These centres accommodate families and single adult asylum seekers who are awaiting a decision on their asylum application. The centres are staffed on weekdays from 8.00-15.30. Furthermore, AsylSyd runs a children's centre in Tønder, which is responsible for accommodation of unaccompanied minor asylum seekers. The children's centre in Tønder is staffed around the clock. The tender includes various guard tasks in connection with the daily operation and support of crime prevention work at AsylSyd's residence centers and children's centers in Southern Denmark.
