Purpose of the above-mentioned loan: The loan will be taken for the purposes specified in Article 89 paragraph 1 point 2 of the Act of 27 August 2009 on public finance (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1634, as amended) and indicated in the resolution No. LIX/571/23 of the City Council in Głuchołazy of May 31, 2023 on taking a bank loan.

The basis for taking out the loan: Resolution LIX/571/23 of the City Council in Głuchołazy of 31 May 2023 on taking a bank loan, Resolution No. LIII/510/22 of the City Council in Głuchołazy of 21 December 2022 on the adoption of the budget of the Głuchołazy Commune for 2023, as amended and Resolution No. LIII/509/22 of the City Council in Głuchołazy of 21 December 2022 on the adoption of a long-term financial forecast for the Commune of Głuchołazy for the years 2023-2027, as amended.

Loan amount: PLN 10,781,919 (ten million seven hundred eighty-one thousand nine hundred nineteen zlotys).
