The purpose of this contract is to provide a complete service offer for certain applications that the DGEFP and the DNUM pilot. The provision of a Service Center (CDS) guarantees users of these applications direct, flexible and responsive assistance.

The services on this contract must comply with those described in the Special technical specifications (CCTP nº 2020-11-04).
