A daily guard and security service is to be set up for three municipal refugee shelters.

Lot 3: Shared apartment "Alter Zoll" at Neidenburger Straße 5, 84030 Landshut
Accommodation "Alte Weberei" , Siemensstraße 15 b, 84030 LandshutThe contractor takes over the stationary guarding and security service in the municipal accommodation at Siemensstraße 15b in 84030 Landshut in accordance with the provisions of this service description, as a service contract.
The subject matter of the contract is a contract with the city of Landshut, Department 4, on the security service in accommodation for refugees. The maximum number of residents is 220 people. The guarding time is seven days a week. The following framework is to be assumed for the required personnel ratio and shifts:
Accommodation "Alte BMI", Klötzlmüllerstrraße 140, 84034 LandshutThe contractor takes over the stationary guarding and security service in the municipal accommodation at Klötzlmüllerstraße 140 in 84034 Landshut in accordance with the provisions of this service description, as a service contract.
