The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of gas fuel for the needs of selected institutes of the Łukasiewicz Research Network.

The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of gaseous fuel for the needs of selected institutes of the Łukasiewicz Research Network, up to 32 points of consumption (PPG) with a total estimated volume of 35,058,553.66 kWh (basic order). The Ordering Party declares that the planned demand for gaseous fuel at each connection point is specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ. The quantity constituting the order is the quantity estimated for each of the points of consumption, with due diligence based on the actual current consumption of gaseous fuel. The above data are for informational purposes, they are used only to calculate the price of the offer and cannot be the basis for any claims on the part of the Contractor. The Contractor's remuneration will be calculated according to the unit prices specified in the offer and the actual receipt of gaseous fuel at individual collection points. The total estimated demand for a comprehensive supply of gaseous fuel is specified in Annex 1 – OPZ. The Ordering Party specifies that it will consume min. 50 % of the estimated basic volume of gaseous fuel demand. The comprehensive supply of gaseous fuel is to take place on the basis of an agreement containing the provisions of the sales contract and the contract for the provision of gas distribution services (comprehensive agreement) and be performed on the terms set out in the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2018, item 755, as amended), the Civil Code and implementing regulations issued on their basis, in accordance with the template constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ (Model Contract). The Contractor must have current contracts with the Distribution System Operator (DSO), operating in the Ordering Party's premises, enabling the sale of gaseous fuel through the DSO distribution network to gas consumption points specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ. The list of DSOs operating at a given gas fuel consumption point is indicated in Annex 1 to the SWZ. This contract covers the provision of a comprehensive supply of gaseous fuel together with a natural gas distribution service. In the course of the execution of the order, the Ordering Party reserves the right to increase by 20% the total amount of gaseous fuel specified in point 1.
