The successful tenderer of this contract will have to ensure the design in the broad sense, the complete construction of the housing units and the development of the surroundings and public spaces.
The program would be as follows:
- 130 apartments distributed mainly in two-bedroom accommodation but also in one-bedroom accommodation;
- 130 underground parking spaces.
These housing units will mainly be intended for Chinese tenants, but the aim of the project is to have a mixed population that can easily access the various services in the urban center but also to the CBTC site.
The successful tenderer will be responsible for:
- study, design, implementation;
- all the legal aspects relating to the implementation of the project: preliminary studies, studies, architecture, landscape, town planning, special techniques, energy performance, stability, various and / or prior authorizations, town planning permits, environmental permits, etc.
INESU will keep about 2/3 of the housing units, the remaining 1/3 will remain the property of the successful bidder who will have the option of keeping it or selling it as a lot or individually. The exact proportion will be determined in the special specifications during the second phase.
