The Account Holder must:

- maintain the functionality and performance of facilities and equipment for their durability, safety and continuity of service;

- preserve the safety and health of occupants by complying with the regulations in force;

- provide occupants with good living conditions and comfort;

- guarantee occupants the intervention of qualified technicians within the contractual deadlines;

- guarantee service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week;

- contribute to energy savings and the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions;

- use all necessary means to fulfil this obligation.
