The assignment consists of the delivery, design and management of a social Intranet for the Environmental Service Southeast Brabant (ODZOB).
The effective date of the agreement is 1 January 2023 (start of implementation). The initial term starts after acceptance and is foreseen for 1 July 2023. The initial term is four years and is followed by four renewal options of two years each.
An agreement is concluded with one supplier.
The contractor is asked to provide, set up and manage a social intranet. This is based on the definition of a social intranet below.
A social intranet is a system in which all kinds of needs regarding knowledge sharing and collaboration between colleagues are integrated. The social intranet can be used independently of location, from different devices with different browsers. It is a modern, interactive portal, which shows in a clear way what is going on at ODZOB. The social intranet facilitates the digital conversation among colleagues. Users can ask questions and give answers and talk to each other to exchange input, feedback and experiences. The social intranet contributes to interaction and involvement of the employee in the organization. Through a powerful search functionality, reinforced by a logical page structure, the user gets easy access to the knowledge and documents within the social intranet that are relevant to his function. A well-stocked face book and telephone directory makes it possible to quickly find, reach and consult the right colleagues in the areas of expertise and conversations they have described. The personal design makes it possible to exchange knowledge in groups or teams. The user has (personalized) access to applications.
