By means of this European tender, the Client wishes to enter into a joint tender with 1 contractor for the supply, maintenance and support of a case system / DMS / RMA based on SaaS, in accordance with the functional and technical requirements and wishes set by the contracting authority.

The assignment includes the delivery of software including links and the provision of various services. The solution is supplied as Software as a Service (SaaS).

The delivery of the software for facilitating case-oriented working comprises the following main points:

- business functionality,

- document and record management functionality,

- case type catalog,

- customer contact functionality,

- digital counter (personal internet page).
