A new centre for health and welfare services shall be constructed in Kåfjord. The new centre shall be located at the site where the existing nursing home in Birtavarre is situated. Except for the swimming pool that is expected to be kept, the remaining buildings shall be demolished. It is up to the tenderer to present a project that comply with the requirement specifications in the room and function plan, as well as the technical specifications.
