The collection of waste will follow from the Municipal Installation — Sortownia in Działdowie, ul. Industrial 61 in an amount of 3,900 Mg — about 650 Mg per month.
Period of execution of the object of the contract from the date of signing until 31 December 2021 or earlier when the contractual quantity/net worth of the object of the contract is exhausted.

The resulting waste of code 19 12 12 12 resulting from the processing process shall be baled on the press in the form of cubes measuring approximately 90 x width 110 x height 85 cm bound by a steel wire with a thickness of 3.0 mm. The average weight of one bale of waste is approximately 300—500 kg. The Contracting Authority reserves the possibility of transferring waste in bulk, in the event of a technical failure of the baling press.
The load of waste code 19 12 12 arising in the state of Sortownia lies on the side of the Ordering Party and the transport on the side of the Contractor. For technical reasons, loading may be on a semi-trailer with a moving floor of the so-called “walking floor” or on a semi-trailer with a side curtain. In an emergency situation in bulk to the containers laid on the floor.
The waste management method offered must comply with the applicable law and recovery processes specified in Annex 1 to the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (i.e., OJ of 2019 item 701 as amended). The waste received will be subjected to the development process in installations (installations), which the Contractor indicated in the tender form of Annex 1 to SWZ.
The Contractor is obliged each time after the performance of the service (on the scale of the given billing month) to provide the Ordering Party, without a call, with a statement of the entity — the undertaking which has undergone the process of recovery/recycling arising in the Ecological Union of Communities “Działdowszczyzna” Municipal Waste Management Plant “Osadus” waste code 19 12 12. From the above statement must conclude unequivocally that received from the Ordering Party in the period from... to... in the quantity of... Mg waste code 19 12 12 has undergone a recovery/recycling process R... (designation of the recovery process) in the installation... The declarations shall be accompanied by a waste transfer card and a copy of the authorisation for processing the waste of the recovery or recycling entity.
