Markt Mering has decided to replace the St. Afra daycare centre, which was built in the 1950s, with a new building. On the existing property in Guttenbrunnstraße, a "house for children" is to be built, which meets the current needs of 3 kindergarten and 2 crèche groups. The existing building is to be demolished after the construction of the new building.

The subject of the contract are planning services of the technical equipment ALG 1, 2, 3, 7 and 8 according to § 53 ff HOAI 2021, LPH 1-9, with step-by-step commissioning.

A "house for children" is to be created, which meets the needs of two crèche groups and three kindergarten groups. Due to the space available, a two-storey building is planned. The possibility of enlargement must be taken into account.

The St. Afra daycare centre, which is currently located on the plot number 3289/36, will continue to operate during the construction period. In order to make room for the construction of the new building, the outdoor play areas can be temporarily accommodated on the opposite meadow at the Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary.

Possibly. various special services will also be commissioned, in particular:

- in LPH 2: Participation in the preparation of an in-depth qualified cost estimate (technical part ALG 1, 2, 3, 7, 8) (3rd level of detail),

- in LPH 3: Participation in the preparation and updating of an in-depth cost calculation (technical part ALG 1, 2, 3, 7, 8) incl. distribution according to individual trades (3rd level of detail)

- in LPH 9: Monitoring the rectification of defects within the limitation period.

The award negotiations are expected to take place at the end of June 2023. The award of the contract and the immediately following project start is scheduled for the beginning of August 2023. Completion is scheduled for 31.12.2026.
