Nordland Hospital currently has a construction development project under way. Phases 2 and 3 are currently being carried out, which consists of a new building and alterations to areas for hospital functions. A separate office wing is planned with four storeys + a basement of 3 520 m2. The wing shall be erected inside the hospital area and it will be connected to the existing building wing N. The ground floor shall be used for the hospital pharmacy (production and sales premises) whilst floors 1-3 are "pure" office floors that shall be established with the greatest possible flexibility. Technical rooms are to be established in the basement (approx. half of the basement is to be delivered as a framework.
