The Norwegian extends an invitation to a tender contest for the procurement of framework agreements for ICT consultancy services.
The Norwegian Veterinary Institute needs consultancy services in connection with the development of a new Sample Journal System (PJS) and other professional systems, and to develop integration solutions between professional systems and analysis instruments/external collaborators. In addition, at times it will be necessary to provide operational assistance to the IT infrastructure of The Norwegian Veterinary Institute.
In order to cover the need, the Norwegian Veterinary Institute requires several framework agreements to ensure access to consultants with good expertise on the products we use.
We have divided the consultancy need into 2 areas:
— Area 1: System development on a Microsoft platform (.net, SQL, Sharepoint etc.), Architecture (GUI/UX), Integration and process/process changes.
— Area 2: Development, adaptation and operational related services of the ICT infrastructure (AD, Exchange, Windows server, Citrix, VMware, client design, etc.)
Separate framework agreements will be signed within the areas.
Scope
The Norwegian Veterinary Institute expects the estimated use within the agreement to be approximately NOK 1 000 000-1 500 000 per annum.
Divided into the areas in the agreement period:
Area 1 — 75 %
Area 2 — 25 %
