Rolling process and reporting date reading for private and commercial customers. The contractor is responsible for the visual reading and recording of measured values of electricity, gas, water and heat meters in the grid areas of Städtische Werke Netz + Service GmbH, Städtische Werke Energie + Wärme GmbH and KASSELWASSER.

1.Participating in CVV tenders and qualification systems requires a one-time registration for password-protected access to the KVV supplier portal at https://www.kvvks.de//einkauf/ausschreibungen/. The application documents can be accessed at the Internet address given in section I.3). The use of application documents is binding. If further information or precision should be required by the client in the course of the procurement procedure, this additional information will also be published at the Internet address mentioned there. Applicants will be notified immediately. Registration with the allocation platform facilitates access and information to the applicant information.

2.Questions about the requirements of this announcement and the application documents should be submitted immediately, no later than 6 days before the end of the application deadline, and will be made available to all applicants anonymously via the allocation platform. The Awarding Body's answers to applicant questions must be observed when preparing requests to participate.

3.Requests to participate must be submitted electronically to the body designated in point I.3) via the allocation platform.

4.It is a multi-stage negotiated procedure. The approved bidders will receive the invitation to submit a tender together with further bid-related documents after evaluation of the requests to participate via the KVV supplier portal. During the negotiated procedure, the contracting authority is expected to progressively reduce the number of bidders before being invited to make a final binding offer.

5.The client does not reimburse candidates for any costs arising from the preparation of the application and subsequent offers. There is no legal claim to consideration when sending tender documents. The announcement and publication of the project does not entail any obligation to award the contract.

6.The client reserves the right to suspend the procedure for factual reasons, e.g. due to lack of economic efficiency. Claims for compensation or compensation by applicants or bidders are excluded, insofar as legally permissible.
