The subject of the contract includes the development of project and cost estimate documentation for the reconstruction of Brzeska 5 buildings as part of an investment task: Modernization of residential buildings excluded from use — preparatory work. The subject of the contract consists of the execution of design and cost estimate documentation for construction works involving the reconstruction of multi-family residential buildings (main front building with two right and transverse offices) together with electrical, teletechnical installations (SSP, CCTV, SSWiN , smoke, fire scenario with control matrix), sanitary (p-fire., central heating, technological heat, water-can., mechanical and gravity ventilation, technological air conditioning, thermal node) and with land use on the plot at Brzeska 5 street in Warsaw and also the implementation of projects connects water-can, rainwater drainage, thermal and teletechnical (Internet, TV) with obtaining the right to the site.
