The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas with the symbol E within the meaning of the Act of 10 April 1997 - Energy Law (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2019, item 755, as amended), including the sale and distribution of gas with forecast volume of approximately 68 901 544,00 kWh, counting during the delivery period, i.e. from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2021, to the facilities of 29 voivodship units, with the proviso that deliveries will start from January 1, 2020 after confirmation of this date by the Operator, provided that the process of changing the seller has been successfully carried out.
1. The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas with the symbol E within the meaning of the Act of 10 April 1997 - Energy Law (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2019, item 755, as amended), including the sale and distribution of gas with a forecasted volume of approximately 68 901 544.00 kWh, calculated during the supply period, i.e. from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2021, to the facilities of 29 voivodship units, with the proviso that deliveries will start from January 1, 2020 one year after the Operator confirms this date, provided that the supplier switching process has been successfully carried out.
2. The quantity given in item 1 is the forecast quantity which should be valued in the price offer. The estimated gas consumption is estimated and is only used to compare offers.
3. The Purchaser envisages the exercise of the option right under this contract. Under the option right, the contracting authority reserves the right to purchase additional amounts of natural gas if the needs of the contracting authority are greater than the indicated estimated amount of gaseous fuel for each of the gas consumption points listed in Annex 4, the contracting authority reserves the right to increase the amount of gas in each tariff group for each contracting authority in relation to the values given in the annex to the contract. A statement on the increase in the amount of gas in a given tariff group in which there are gas outlets will be submitted no later than on 30/11/2020.
The maximum estimated additional amount of gas that can be ordered under the option - up to 20% of the volume specified in each contract.
The Purchaser has the right to increase the object of the contract to the maximum quantity specified under the option right, however with the proviso that this is his right, which he may or may not use (in part or in whole, depending on the needs).

A detailed description of the subject of the contract, among others addresses of tapping points, tariff groups, contracted capacity and forecasted demand for gas fuel for individual units is included in Annex 4 to the ToR (Note: one file contains separate sheets: PPG list, list of units involved in the procedure, forecasted monthly consumption for PPG , forecast gas consumption for individual tariffs - monthly and annual).
