The contract holder is informed that the Centre Hospitalier Annecy Genevois (Change), a support institution, of the GHT Haute-Savoie, Pays de Gex, enters the contract within the framework of its legal competence (art L 6132-2-5°a) of the Public Health Code for the benefit of all members of the GHT: CHANGE, the Hospital Center of GEX and the Hospital Center of Rumilly.
