The Contracting Authority wants to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for the delivery of fire protective equipment and services.

The Contracting Authority wants tender offers for the delivery of the following categories:

Fire protection (part A: equipment, part B: services).

The objective of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement that shall cover the Contracting Authority's need for purchasing within the above mentioned product groups in the framework agreement period. There is a service element in fire protection as, amongst other things, the inspection and refilling of fire extinguishing devices shall be included in the contract. Due to this the price form is divided into 2: A for equipment and B for services. The procurement does not include:

The municipalities that carry out the service elements of the fire protection category themselves will not be included in the contract.
