The purpose of this consultation is a single contract for the supply and transmission of electricity to supply the delivery points of Grandlyon Habitat's heritage facilities.

The purpose of the Framework Agreement includes the following services:

- Electricity supply to delivery points (including temporary connections).

- Access to the public distribution network.

- Mission of balance responsible party.

- Services associated with this supply.

a framework agreement will be awarded at unit prices, revisable, entrusted to a single company or a group (the price of electricity supply includes the ARENH mechanism).

in the case of a group of undertakings, the form of grouping imposed by Grandlyon Habitat for the development of the framework agreement will be that of the solidarity grouping.
