The procurement refers to technical resources to the operations and maintenance departments of the Water and Sewage Treatment Plants, which shall reinforce the Order in missions/projects operated by the Commissioners. The role of the resource can either be to add specialist skills to which the Order does not have access to within its own business, alternatively that the resource is a temporary resource reinforcement e.g. in vacancies, parental leave, illness, etc.
